Fresh from qualifying to represent Nure Net and Ireland in the European Weightlifting Championships in Oslo, Clare McGlynn from CMG Fit took time out from her busy training schedule to appear on Ireland AM.

Clare was on the show to discuss her chosen sport, Olympic Weightlifting and how lifting weights is a great and safe way to get fit this summer and beyond.
